My tires say they're 33x12.5s

But in actuality they measure 31.8" from top to bottom and from left to right they measure 32". Pro Comp states they should measure 32.5" however, I believe they took those measurements when the tire wasn't under load. IE: mounted on a vehicle.

Plus my tire pressure is 26psi rather then 30 like most run em. I run this psi to assist over bumps. It's not so choppy, more smooth.

Maybe it was so choppy due to your tires being 3/16" out of round?????
