Yep, this is what I best figure too. CBP. But what makes me go "Hmmmm...." is why the episode of Dangerous Drives recently showing the CBP and their jobs and rigs didn't brag about this Jeep. They bragged about many others, but this one makes me drool! They did show a TJ, but if I remember correctly, it was only on 33's and relatively stock looking.
I still think they read all of Idaho-Jeep's build thread and said "Let's build THAT!". The similarities are uncanny.
