Actually, no it can't. Not with the current gearing setup. Ok, maybe you are right. Maybe it can do 90 mph, but I am not sure where there is a hill around here long enough to allow me to build up that speed. On a flat, the thing is stuck at 3500-4000 on the tach and 75-80 on the mpg and it will not climb any further.

Cool thread!

I've thought several times about adding a third color, but can't figure out which direction I would go.

Currently I am heavy on white and black:

And Oman get some black Duplicolor vinyl spray paint for your soundbar, I've used it on my previously tan soft doors and after months of use I have no fading issues at all.
Thanks for the tip

And yeah, fuel consumption sucks anywhere above 75 really... But that stuff's cheap here

Just stay on top of your bushings, alignment, wheel balance, shocks and brakes and there's no reason a properly sorted Jeep can't keep up with traffic safely. Most of all, stay alert. Do want to do the long arm in the next couple months for even better on-road manners.

She actually goes faster with the hard top on too. Half Top seems to do funny things with the aerodynamics... but worth it in the desert.

Yeah with 4.10s you'd struggle. With 4.56s and 35s with the half top, 90 is absolutely flat out. 4.88s are in it's future I think.

Also note mine's AEV Highlined so she sits a bit lower than most Jeeps on 35s too... only a 3 inch lift. Bit more stability than most.

Still... I've got the Miata for on road driving now. The Jeep only goes out to and from the desert now, so it doesn't see the speeds that it used to, but she can still do it.
