No, I figured with such a low amperage draw relays weren't necessary? Please let me know if you find out different.

Ya I just guessed @ a 10a? I am by no means an electritian lol I still use diagrams for just about everything I wire up

On topic, I bought a new bumper today that I plan to fit with a pair of those led pods that I posted above!

Hey carlos 14 how did you install the 30in on the hood and how do you plan to mount your 20. I would like to mount one on the hood without creating new holes in the hood

also how are you guys mounting the pods on the windshield or where can i get brackets i think i am going to go with the seward lights

The 30" was installed on a backer that was already installed for a light bar that we re used. As for mounting the 20", rigid makes a mount that bolts into the hood brackets. I'll probably make my own.
