yea there clear coated. They are american racing ar-23 with 32x11.50-15 bfg m/t's. The above pic isnt my jeep, but The jeep of the kid I sold those rims and tires too. They were easy to clean and had a nice shine to them though. I had them for about 3 months before I sold them, went to 35's and highlined my jeep

heres a pic of them on my jeep with 4" of lift - The american racing AR-23's look amazing on black jeeps too, theres a local jeep in town with them

32" on somewhere around 3" of lift (REBB + cherokee and rubicon coils)

on the blacked out jeep dr. i like the punisher skull.

on the ar-23's i dont know why you dont see more of those on the road. they look kinda 80's with the rivets but they look a lot tougher and better than most of the wheels ppl are running now. i was telling a buddy yesterday that i didnt understand why eagle and american racing ran the absolute worst pic of their aluminum wheels (outlaw II's and the like) in all ads. they are all very dull looking 15X7's.
