Maroon 2001 TJ Sahara, 2.5 inch lift, 31" Cooper Discoverer STTs, Borla headers and catback, K&N cold air intake, Viking fastback top, Congo cage and rack, KC HIDs and daylighters, Raingler nets.

does the thule deflecter cut down on noise and drag?

It did cut down on noise. I had to move it back and forth several times to get it in the right spot to deflect the wind right to cut the noise. But, it did not help drag at all. MPG's really, really bad when I have roof rack on.
