Dave, I thought I read elsewhere that you put on the half doors and the Safari top on for the Summer!?! Sir, that does not look like summer.
You read correct sir.

But, I looked at the weather report for the weekend of my clubs annual spring snow run. It called for blizzard conditions on top of Darland Mt, so I put the soft top back on. Full doors are still stored, but I pulled out the soft uppers for the half doors. Glad I did. Those that went with half tops were a little cold up there.

Absolutely love your new blingy aluminum corners. Those are on my list of gottahavitz.

Even though there are blizzard conditions, summer is much closer for Eastern WA then it is for Western WA.

Thanks, both me and my jeep have been on a diet lately. Here is another one from a couple of weekends ago.

Nice looking JK Chris. Also, nice to see you out using it! I was invited to join a group that will be going up to Walker Valley the second weekend of May. Never been there, looking forward to it.

Ya, i told myself i wouldn't buy a rubicon unless i was prepared to accept a little damage even though its a 2012. When you all go up there they closed all the gates to prevent people from trying to take non off road vehicles up there. They created obstacles to go over. However the one to get up to the upper mainline is very difficult. With 35's i got hung up on my rear diff. Then my buddy tried the gate and discovered it was unlocked that day so try that first. It would probably be easier with a smaller jeep. Because of the length i had a crappy line over the obstacle. You'll like it though.

I just go with a couple buddies but always have an ear to the ground for runs with clubs to help organizations.

I am not actively seeking to become a member of any club, but would like to some day. I am on a couple of local forums, PNW Jeep and WAVJC (not much traffic there anymore, more traffic on their Facebook page). Through both forums I have meet some people I like go wheeling with. We mainly go up to Evans Creek, Elbe Hills and Tahuya. Last Summer went to Naches a couple of times.

There is a guy on PNW Jeep that organizes Wheeling With Warriors, which is a Jeep ride that takes active, retired and wounded military personnel for the day. I have been on three of them and it is a great way to give back to people who have served our country.

Anyways, what does your jeep look like? Any pictures?

Yeah I crashed here in mt Vernon at my parents house (where I fixed my jeep) so I am only 15 mins from walker. Let me know this morning if you want to go!
