Jeep Trailers (offroad)

I would like pics, pics, pics of any Jeep trailers. Complete or current projects.

I am transforming a trailer to pull behind my Jeep TJ. I ordered a new wider axle with 5X4.5 wheel pattern to fit 33"tires to match my Jeep. I will also do a spring over axle to make room for the tires. I am also getting new wider round fenders and Jeep style tail lights.

For some reason I can't upload my pics because the files are too big

Trailer pics

I finally got some links to some pics of my trailer as I bought it. I will try to post more pics as the transformation moves forward.

Man, that trailer is just about perfect... Do an SPOA conversion and you're all set for height.

Personally, I'd stick with the square fenders... Unless you're puting round flares on your jeep...

It all depends on how much the 33x12.50 tires stick out of the fenders. I also don't like the way the tail lights are cut into the fenders. I have a Jeep tailgate that will fit perfectly on the back and I need to take off the broken spring hooks and weld on some good sturdy tiedowns. I also want to paint it black and the wood inserts will be painted to match my jeep. I have the same tires and wheels as the jeep wating to be installed on the new axle and put on as a spring over.

heres a link to a trailer that i am in the process of re-doing, although its kinda on hold right now. atleast you can see the almost finished product. http://jeepforum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=511883 we are trying to fix things around the house to re-sell it and i want tto do a lift tires and wheels on the TJ so i had to take a break from the trailer. still to do is some sort of a top for it, lights and wiring and in the future a wider axle and bigger tires. after my last post on that thread i went out and just attached the tail/turn lights with zipties just to see what it looked like. looked like it belonged behind a 32 ford roadster. my internet connection is crap so i cant get the pic to load up to my photobucket site. i will take a jumpdrive to work tomorrow and do it there so check back to that thread tomorrow night or so and you should see a little more done to it.

That is a nice little trailer, but I would be afraid of getting the fiberglass damaged aginst the rocks.

New trailer axle

My new (wider) trailer axle came in and I pick it up today. I am also hoping to get the tires for the trailer mounted and balanced today. I now have much of what I need to get it on the road but no time to do so right now. I got married two months ago. Maybe I can cancel our trip this weekend to see my new mother in-law for Mothers Day.

My google-fu is weak. I think the M762 would be a great trailer for what I want, but I haven't been able to turn one up. If anyone out there has any leads, I'd appreciate them . . . .

Thanks for the references. Unfortunately, these are all M416's. I'm more interested in the M762 (flatbed), which would be a little more versatile for what I need. The M762 seems to be a rare breed of trailer.
