I installed the MML on my install. I believe that you can get by without having to install it, but you have to do some trimming on your fan shroud and stand somewhat of a chance of throwing your driveline angles off and causing vibrations.

If you're installing the OME lift and BL, I would suggest installing the MML while you're at it. It really didn't take that long (maybe 30 minutes).

Good luck with your install, I'm still more than happy with this setup!

Thanks! Ive been kind set on this setup but im new to Jeeps and mind has been spinning with all the options. Was also looking at BDS but not much difference in price.

If I go with this ome setup, 1.25"bl & 1"mml is there anything else I need to start?? Maybe later I'll do some jks disconnects and other stuff. Want to do it right the first time as mine is a DD and will be weekend warrior.

You should be good to go with what you listed. If you plan to do any wheeling with it, I'd definitely recommend disconnects ASAP. They probably give you the most bang for your buck, performance wise, than any other upgrade you'll do. They allow you to get significantly better suspension travel which keeps your wheels on the dirt vs hanging up in the air.
