Not a good picture, but you can see the blue YJ grill I have hanging on my garage wall. Also, I just picked up the white one at the junk yard the other day, and I plan to make some type of "wall art" from it as well.

I plan on adding 6.5" ceiling style speakers (or 8s) where the headlights are and then paint the speaker cover(grill) silver to look like the headlights. Then I plan on adding white LEDs to give the effect that they are on. Not sure about the signals but I am open for ideas.

haha thanks

I think I am going to go a different route. I am going to get http://www.amazon.com/Polk-Audio-RC60i-Ceiling-Speakers/dp/B00005T3BD/ref=wl_it_dp_o?ie=UTF8&coliid=I208E4VXRAZW8U&colid=17S62965EO4DA and power them through my receiver for now. I think it will work better in the end.

Check monoprice, I'd be willing to be you can find them cheaper.

They didn't have them. I went with the polks because of their ratings. Hope they sound good

Now I have the itch to adorn my garage with a grill from every Jeep generation, except JKs since their grill is plastic

Thats awesome! And I've got both sitting in my garage right now... hmmm

what did you mean by storage? like the tailgate would meet the top of the bed and when you drop it down there is space under the bed for storage? Or the tailgate is just a cover for a box at the end of the bed for toy storage? more details man!
thanks for the inspiration

You can buy any size speaker for your home. If you're asking how to run a 12 volt system off of 120 volts. The answer is, you need a power converter.
