On mine the spare is going on top of the rack. The aerodynamics are already crap, so don't think a 40x13.50 tire up top will make it noticeably worse. The tire and wheel weight shouldn't make it top heavy either, since it is only like 1XXlbs.

One of the nicest rigs I have ever seen - love the color, height etc.. Same wheels (Hutchinson double beadlocks) I have but in black. Love the black - I assume they were ordered this way? I had heard they were available in black but chose the silver/grey.

better than most jeep porn i normally see on here. oh, and the one here in utah mentioned on ksl... i talked to the guy who's selling it he's getting desparate so you might be able to talk him down alot.

i went and looked at it, it looks like a victim of jeep abuse (not taking it off road)

aev-conversions.com the kit is about $9500 plus shipping from their michigan warehouse and about 120 man hours to assemble if you know what you're doing.

If it were me.... I'd get a totalled 97 tj, 98, something extremely cheap to do this to. Could easily save a ton of $$$ seems like several of the builds I've seen don't have anything wrong with them before starting
