I've heard several problems about jcr's rear bumpers with the receiver hitting the crossmember.

They could lower the receivers, but then you would lose your departure angle...

This is because our hitch pin is behind the bumper. It's a pretty simple fix. Mark and drill a new hole in your hitch receiver.

So your customers are spending hundreds of dollars on y'all's products and have to alter it. No thanks.

You don't have to alter the bumper You simply need to drill a new hole on your receiver, not the bumper.

I drilled a new hole in the receiver but like I said there isn't a lot of metal left behind the new pin hole. Probably not a problem and its not like I'm gonna be pulling any weight with the jeep any way. I think the guys at JCR might need to make this known when you click the option box at the least.

@jbostick - is that the pre-runner without the additional bracing on the sides?? I have been looking at the pre-runner, but know I cannot put my lights where they are now on the stock bumper.

That is our "Single Hoop Forward". It's an add on to the base bumper (not the prerunner).

I like the center hoop of the pre runner better.... but can you mount lights on the pre-runner in the same location as the stock bumper??
