I wanna see some sleepers

I want to see pics of jeeps that have really clean lines and subtle mods. You know, the ones that don't look like much on initial inspection but when you look closer you realize that they are heavily modded and they could probably spank you on the trail. Any model is fine but if TJ's are specifically what I am looking for. Any takers?

I know what you are talking about and have seen a couple in person, but alas, I have no pics. I too would like to see some "sleeper" jeeps

2000 2.5L 5spd 4.88, HP D30 w/OX, D35 open, 3" "FrAnKeNLiFt" with some stuff... LOOKING FOR Willys Edition TJ rear seat! to match the fronts.

I'm building one. Not enough time to work on it, though!

Looks more like a rock crawler rather than sleeper to me.

But cool concept.

X2

A sleeper would be more like a lightly lifted Jeep with very little external accessories,,, but a screaming V-8 under the hood with locked Dana 60's front and rear and an Atlas transfer case. From a distance you wouldn't look twice at it.

Agreed. Like this Jeep. Saw him post somewhere else and thought "eh, just another Jeep"(he had posted a shot from the side of his Jeep). Then he posted in a diff cover thread and I had to do a double take. Didn't realize at first glance he had la ocker.

They aren't the best pics, but it's a great diff cover!

Kind of like that green TJ floating around here. It's mostly stock but has some big *** Ford engine.

Post a picture of your CJ7. I'd like to see it.

With full skids, on board air, tub lined, stronger cage, etc.

Very interesting idea, I have thought about a sleeper Jeep too... I was thinking along the lines of having a stock looking Jeep, but yeah with lockers, heavy duty axles, motor...

The thing is, after starting to do more trails I am realizing that little tires don't really work off-road where I live... But it could still be a great concept...

Maybe do something with flat fenders and a very simple look.

Actually, it's pronounced "mill-e-wah-que" which is Algonquin for "the good land."
