the suction cup mount i bought doesnt stick out any further than the mirrors.

I acutally dont worry about mine much anymore. i stick it on and forget about it, turning the go pro around so i can see the display is off, then turn it on and spin it around.

Did you use the gopro to take the stills on your montage?

GoPro has test proven their suction cup mount to 150+ mph on cars and 200+ on stunt planes. I wouldn't worry about it falling off while off-roading

No, the stills are from my Canon DSLR, with some random cell pictures and videos from other people on the trails.

the go pro excels at what it does... wide angle video, i think stills are better suited for a good camera.

I'm about to order one in the next few days. I was wondering what model y'all have and where y'all got it from.
Thanks, Brandon

This whole video is done with the Go-Pro. First part is a trip up to signal peak, the end is Fordyce Trail (The famous water crossing) in Northern CA. First time using it.. Gotta get a bigger memory stick. First time using it for Jeeping. Should be better videos from the RUbicon this coming summer.

LOVE the snow wheeling videos. Thinking about getting a GoPro and just mounting it to my truck and Jeep on my summer drives on the beach and the trails in the OBX.
