I am looking at putting a 1991 gm 25000 steering column into my 5 can it be done and how hard is it?

I am also putting in a ax-15 so it be nice to have cruise control or would i do better rebuilding my old column?

it wasent to bad. i actually had the later cj5/cj7 dash panel with the square like cut out. i actually had to cut an area out of my firewall for the column to fit through (because i have a 1965 tub which the steering column had a different mounting area) but i used a cj7 pedal assembly just cut the pedals off so it would all fit under my dash then welded the pedals back on where there would work with the tub style. its hard to explain easier to show lol. if you would like pictures PM me and i can send you some to help your installation go smoother.
