here is my 04... can only get this bumper from Quadratec. I am going to replace the fog lights, they are the Jeep ones that go into the stock bumper

Just hit a deer with it last week going pretty fast and messed up the deer pretty good but no damage to the bumper or Jeep. I have the Warn VR10000 winch in it

This might be a dumb question but: Why is the "box" part of your winch in the center (above the pull cable) but other pics ive seen of that model have the box offset to the left side?

funny thing about that.... I tried to mount it to the side where it is supposed to go and it hits the hoop!!... There is a bracket that come with the bumper that mounts the control box in the center.

I used it without issue there, but maybe in the future I will remote mount it under hood or somewhere like that.

you have any more pics, or a build thread? I like your jeep, and was thinking about that bumper.

My build

thanks.

I am really happy with the bumper... it took me forever to find it and it was very simple to install, only issue I had was getting the old Torx head bolts off!!. The winch was a bit of a challenge as the control box will not fit off to the side with the Warn supplied bracket as it hits the hoop... just used the bracket that ARB supplies to mount in the center. Might be an issue if I get too much cable built up on one side, but just have to watch it. And if you get the bumper and put in a Warn winch just make sure to connect the ground on the bottom of the motor before you install the winch!!!... I didn't and it sure was a PIA to get it up there after.

I don't have a build thread... but in a nutshell here is what I have done to it

ARB front bumper with Warn VR10000 winch
Bestop rear bumper with receiver
H&R 1" springs with Bilstein shocks
JKS front track bar
ZJ tie rod & ends
Skyjacker steering stabilizer
BFG 31 x 10.5 AT
Cragger 15 x 8 wheels

Also replaced all control arms, just went OEM

I think I might go to 32's for the next set of tires. I might keep the 1" lift and see if I get any rubbing... If I do I will put on a OME 2" lift. Plan on putting some armor on the rear qtr's. Also looking at some new driving lights thinking about LED but haven't found the right pair yet. It is my daily driver and only really sees two tracks for some exploring. I can take a few more pics after I get it cleaned up a bit. It has been very trustworthy as I have 158,000 miles on it

This is on the one I am having rebuilt from a PO's rollover. I work out of town but was able to check it out during my last trip home. It has a Warn xd9000i sitting on it and I ordered some LED fogs. Yes it is a generic bumper from ebay and I like it.

It was light enough that one man could mount it without the winch bolted on. It is heavy enough that it will do the job. I do not plan on doing any convoys with this jeep but the d-rings look like they will be more than enough to do the job.

Just understand that this is not an ARB unit, however for $209 shipped it is an excellent value.

Hummm. I have the same bumper but mine has integrated blinkers. OOPs... Second look I have the Deluxe. It is wider with blinkers.

Only 2 things are preventing me from going pro.... Luck and Skill

I have the bigger bumper also. I am down sizing to the smaller bumper. The large ARB does not hold the newer Warn winches. So I either sell my new winch, cut my old bumper or buy the updated ARB. I am trying to sell the old one on Craigslist.
