Yes, it's all road salt. The NYS DOT loves it. unfortunatley the person that I bought it from never washed it in the winter. Someone else suggested por 15, but I'm not sure what it is, how it works, where to get it. I assume it treats the rut, but what about the inside of the frame? Por'ed Concrete? :-) anyway. Info and links would be nice. I don't want to get off track, but since you brought it up.....

This is my buddies ford bronco buggy thing. Pics were last weekend, re-opening an old washed out road w/ saws and moving rocks. Still have about 100 yards to go.

Your rear tires need to be level or flexed in the opposite direction in order to get max flex, btw.

I know quadratec sells it.
And yeah, its a black base coat that will treat and prevent rust. They also have similar products to help protect from it.
