you shouldent mount your winch off the second posts thou my buddie melted his terminals cause he had a 5min+ winch fest

"We do not recommend connecting a winch to side posts. A winch draws a large number of amps (100s) for what could be an extend period of time, depending on your exact circumstance. The heat generated from this extended, large amp draw may be more than the side posts can handle".

You can. Get or make some quick disconnects first though so you can re-connect them before driving on the street. It is unsafe to drive on the street with it disconnected.

heres a couple of mine this is the first time I flexed it I havent even had it a week its fully disconnected no sway bars at all 6.5" on 31's
