if you take the third brake light off you can put a flag mount on the tire carrier
it used to be on my jeep but I took it off when i got a new bumper
sorry no pics

I know a lot of places require Flags off the front of the vehicle so they can be seen in advance to you cresting a hill.

Just verify that with where you will be running.

I made a flat plate 3/16" thick and mounted under the front bumper using the stock torx bolt.

That's where mine was, mounted on the winch plate. Put a tab on the tire carrier for it now though.
