I had received one of the first sets for testing, before they started offering them in kits etc. Original set they set me had bushing issues so they sent a revised set out and then I went to town testing again. They are pretty good for the price. They are much larger than a normal shock and the control is very good. My lifted wrangler handled much better than a stock jeep. OFFroad had no problem with flex and coming off rocks etc it wasnt jarring. I abused them pretty good and never had one problem with them. put them through rocks, mud, submerged under water, fast trails

How did you attach your basket to your hard top?

its bolted through, never had a problem with it, used it for camping gear/larger stuff that wouldnt fit in the jeep, Ive walked around on it (250lbs) and never had a problem.

here is a better shot of the top

its bolted though with some flat bar on the inside about 2" long to spread out the load. bolted with washers and rtv sealant. never leaked
