That's not the same crossing any more. The environmentalists made them move the crossing because there was a spotted frog breeding area 100 feet upstream from the original crossing.
That whole area is different now. Damn greenies. Spotted frogs are all over the world, but we need to protect these, for what reason? And how does a downstream crossing effect them?
