"Ecco" Wheels with 31"+ Tires

Hey all,

I keep going back and forth as to whether I should keep my ecco wheels and put bigger tires on them, or get new wheels altogether. If I bought new wheels, it would be these. I really like the look of the 8 hole pattern, but I think they might be too shiny for my taste. There are black steelies, of course, but I dont really like the blacked out look either. So, my "Ecco" wheels seem to be a nice medium color wise, but the actual pattern looks more appropriate for a sports car than a Jeep to me. So, if you have pics of your Jeep with 31" (the size I will get) or bigger, please post them! I want to get an idea of what the finished product would look like.

The 1st pic is no lift and 31x11.50-15
The last 2 (muddy pics) are with 2" susp lift and 1" body lift with the same tires.

Very nice pics, thank you. The wheels look pretty decent, maybe even better with whiteout lettering (imo anyway). I noticed that you are running black steelies now - did you keep the Eccos or were you able to sell them for a good price?

Thanks!
Ive been asking 100 bucks for them and cant sell them.
Dont count on getting a good price for the ecco's.

What color is your jeep? I think the eccos look good on black, white, and grey/silver.
Not so good on yellow though.
I think they look real sharp on a black xj with 31's.

Oh bummer, I was hoping I could recoup some of my costs if I bought new wheels by selling the Ecco wheels. So much for that. I think the black steelies are an improvement on your rig, as the black/yellow look makes a lot of sense.

My jeep is midnight blue, here is a pic with the stock tires.

I just sold my "ecco's" on Saturday. They were slightly different though, mine were Columbia Edition ecco's that came in graphite. I sold them for $300 without tires... Put them up for sale and were sold in 2 hours of being posted.

They look pretty good with blue.
I say keep them if you plan on staying stock for a while.
Wait until you get bigger tires and 'need' different rims.

Did you post them here?
Do you want to buy mine for $150, and sell them for what ever you want and you keep the profit? lol!

Alright, I'm convinced, those do look real nice, especially with the white lettering. I'm surprised they dont sell well privately, but no big deal since I am going to keep them.
