Yep - painted mostly in the driveway between rain showers, it was pushed in and out of the garage a few times!

Spend some time prepping the surface and you can get a half decent finish.

Mine was done in the garage, paint job cost me about 250 bucks. Its still holding up great, used a little 8 gallon compressor. Its all about proper prep work and good ventilation. Dont be afraid to try it yourself. Worse case senario it doenst turn out how you want, repaint it.

Walmart OD spray can. painted in the middle of january in the driveway between 40-60 degrees. stripes painted outside when it was 25 degrees out. it's pretty bad when prepping the surface involves scraping ice off the hood lol. holding up just fine

So, are there any drainplugs in that thing, chainerx? Because as far as I can tell, it's dangerously full of win. I mean, seriously. Now I want to do something like that. Maybe HEV Suit orange and black.

Do rust holes under the carpet count as drain plugs? I have a matching crowbar I just need to mount.
