Cut stock TJ front and rear bumpers

I used the search, nothing came up, only one search every 60 seconds really puts a damper on it. Anyway, I want to show my wife what a decently end-cut front bumper looks like. I saw a few here and there, but I can't seem to find them right now.

Bluesman's is the one I was looking for, I think I'll do that one. Thanks alot. Just sucks that I only have a hacksaw to go at it with.

you can buy an imitation cut off tool like a dremel for cheap.
a hacksaw will work too just more time consuming and maybe
a couple of blades, but the metal is so weak it shouldnt be too
difficult i wouldnt think.

I have a Dremel, just didn't want to chew through all my cutting wheels on this, so I bought a 10 dollar hacksaw and a couple blades. I was going to get a sawzall, but I don't have the need for something like that right now.

I didn't, really, my wallet talked me out of it. And I started on it, got one side done but it's not at the same angle as above, for some reason the dimensions aren't exactly the same. That or I didn't come down enough vertically before I started cutting the angle. Either way, it's going to look fine and work out pretty well.

Wow, that looks really great.

If I saw that running down the trail, I'd think it was an aftermarket bumper.

Well, the other end is off, it was off the next morning, but my brother cut it at too steep an angle so I had to go back and trim some off. Pics to follow.

It's just open, not boxed. It was open from the factory anyway so I'm not worried about rust. I just hit the ends where I cut with some black paint.

As far as I know as long as you have something there and not just frame ends sticking out you are ok with the Fuzz.

Legal???

I have always been under the impression ( at least in my state )... that the bumper must cover the wheels, at least partially.
