Man oh man I envy all you guys that have trailers. I will build one, one of these days when I actually have the time to camp.

Here's my homebuilt. We're getting ready for a Memorial weekend trip. Going to take the Xterra for Wifey's comfort. Just camping this time.

Thanks! Just right for Wifey & me. Son sleeps in a tent. Considering a lift for some bigger tires.

I've got my eye on one of these setups.

The tent system is epic:

Pricey though!

But, because your dollar is stronger right now and these little guys are made in Canada, US customers benefit from the 10% exchange difference. =p

Please tell me you have instructions or a write up of how you built this trailer! I'd really like to make one of these for myself!

Sure. I went to high school with the guy who designed it. He is a really nice guy and sells plans from his website.

^Where did you buy that shade? Is it just tied to the roof rack? I'm taking my trailer to Utah soon and I think I may need some shade.

It is a Smittybilt trail shade. It Is designed to attach to the spare tire on the jeep. I just rapped it on the roof rack, not bad. They have it on their website or order it from 4WD parts catalog.

Well, the stock hoses for the A\C were horrible... leaked cool air and the duct piping was not friendly to move around!
So I bought sewer hoses for trailers and just finished putting them together. Move and look tons better! And the new hoses are better for all weather climates!!

^A/C would be nice to have for those hot nights, or just to create white noise when there are drunk campers nearby.
