Yea the "shrug" does bother me a little bit but function>form has always been my style. Every time i try to level them out i start to crease the inside curve that is right in front of the grill...any suggestions?
BTW Your jeep looks great! Super "clean" which i think is a hard look to get on a jeep you actually use!
As far as the angle correction, I used a shackle and turnbuckle to incrementally crank down on the fender while I paid close attention to the crease:
