Bushwacker 6" pocket style fenders flares TRIMMED!!

I had the Bushwacker 6" pocket style fenders flares on, & they were running well untill i changed the 31" tires to 32". Now the tires are rubbing like hell .

I have a 2" OME lift & was plannig to get a BL. But now I think trimming the flares would be a better & cheaper way to go.

Did anyone get the Bushwacker pocket style fenders & get them trimmed??

Please post pics so I can have an idea if they would look very ugly...

im thinking of trying the same thing with my Warn flares

2003 Sahara [B]4" Superlift JKS 1.25BL and MML 33" BF-G muds on
American Racing Baja's Magnaflow exhaust. Factory Rubicon Rockers. 10K winch.

The warm flare look like the OEM once but wider. I think they would look nice when trimmed. U can find a lot of pics on the trimmed OEM flares. But I couldnt find any bushwackers trimmed...

do you have any pictures of the flares and the 31'''s?can you take a pics now with the jeep flexed and the tyre rubbing??

I love the look of these flares. I bought them about 5 years back for my TJ. I learned the hard way, their called "bush"wackers for a reason. Not "tree"wackers. I tapped a tree while wheeling in a tight spot, and watched the flare explode into a million pieces. I was more amused than angry, although i did watch my $400+ flares explode. Lesson learned...no more plastic.

I believe mine are Bush Wackers (a previous owner put them on) but it's not trimmed. They look good may trim it up later on, may not. Here is a pic I have that shows the front.
