I also posted this in the Cherokee forum....

Well she's made a lot of progress since I got her January 6ish....

A week later she got 33's on 15x8 wheels and a Crusty's 4.5" lift.

About 2 weeks later I removed the flares and trimmed the fenders. I had a few things to do like remove the aftermarket power windows, get a rf window regulator, and installed some manual window cranks. A Kenwood CD player was thrown in too.

I then installed a front Lock-Right and wheeled it.

It did well but rubbed in the rear and cut my new tires bad! I had to beat the rear to fit and paint it to match to save my tires. I went against the wishes of the "you're gonna die" crowd and removed my front swaybar. It flexes pretty good with both removed. The front now gets into the tires though. Miller, the XJ guru, gave me some rear bumpstops, which were immediately installed. He also gave me some front one which will go in soon. I also installed a CB, complete with a pimp Wal-mart antenna that looks like one of the old glass mounted cell phone antennas. It work spretty good too. I got my sliders in last Thursday and they fit good and are rock solid even though I haven't put the last 8 bolts in. They're sturdy enough that I lifted my Jeep up with one of our lifts at work. I also got the windows tinted to keep the sun out on those hot days.

I've got a C-Rok rear bumper that's in transit from Arizona so hopefully it'll get here by Friday. Also have a complete 8.25 axle on the way from Duncan, SC. I'll throw a lunchbox locker in it and call it good until I upgrade to 35's. I'm still on a hunt for a good front bumper. Everyone seems to be backed up 3-5 weeks right now. I've got a Warn 9.5ti sitting and waiting until I get something to mount it on.

As of last week....

Update....

I picked up a used ARB winch bumper today and installed it. Damn that thing's huge. Lol. The tracking # say's my C-Rok rear bumper will be here tomorrow. I'm gonna go ahead and get my winch tomorrow too. Once I get all that on I'll see how extra in lift I'll need with spacers and shackles to level it out and compensate for the weight.

Here's what the rear bumper's gonna look like

I'm ready to wheel this ***** at Tellico now!

Mine had stock tires on it when I got it, but I didn't get any pics of it...here it is with 31x10.50's, stock wheels and NO lift:

And now with 2" springs, 1" BL, 33x12.50's and black steelies:

EDIT: Found the pic that was in the Auto Trader when it was for sale...
