I got my answer:

Thanks for asking. It is solid. Made of 16 guage 1.5" x .75" tube steel with 1/8" x 1.5" mounting brackets. It can handle whatever you want to put on it, and NO IT WON'T WOBBLE. As a matter of fact, if you have your top down, your passengers will find it a convenient pull bar to stand up and get some wind in the hair.

so im guessing the side mount mounts to the roll cage? and if so does it rattle or anything while driving. and does it get in you way for the rear view mirror. thanks
