I blasted them, primed them and then shot the base green. When the green flashed I took my die grinder with a roloc pad and buffed the lettering and bolt areas before shooting the clear.

Mine have been repainted twice! If body work and paint were not one of my hobbies I wouldn't spend that much time on it. The ARB covers can take a pretty good beating tho and have stopped me dead a few times with no issues.
