So I ordered mine over a month ago and Quadratec said they would be in end on May. It is June and no word or update. This just goes to show that Quadratec's pricining is unreasonable and unreliable. I am not happy with Quadratec one bit and this breaks the camels back. Too bad! I guess I will call and cancel my order. Now I am stuck with a 4" lift and stock tires.
Are the Spidertrax spacers okay, so that I can run Moabs?
So whats the sorry on these? Cant buy them? out of business or something?
I LOVE moabs but by the time i bought a set 400+ had them powdercoated (?$?$) and then adapters (200 bucks) it was just not worth it. Plus i have 17s now so i would have had to have new tires. Which would suck.
these look like a good deal....I would be interested in a set of 17x8 5 on 5 ones
lame.....booo on Quadratec and Mamba... That's pretty lame to offer a product in your catalog BEFORE you have have them, take peoples money, and then never actually sell them. And they had so much promise too.....
Just got off the phone with Quadratec this morning. The service guy said that he called Mamba and they are being machined at this time. They estimated the delivery time of 2-6 weeks. Okay, that is great but wait a second; That is what they told me 6 weeks ago. Now I have to decided to stick it out or cancel my order and settle for something else.
We have recently been informed by our supplier that they have
discontinued the products listed above or they are unable to provide
production date for them. Due to the circumstances, we
have cancelled the parts from existing orders. If you had used a
credit card, you would not have been charged. If you paid by check
or money order, then we will be mailing a refund check. If you have
any questions, please call Customer Service Monday-Friday 9:00 5:00
We apologize for the situation and hope that we can meet your needs
in the future.
Mamba has not discontinued them, they are still being sold by various manufactuers. They will only be carrying the 16", and 17" wheels at this time in polished, and polished with black inserts. !8" wheels will not be available, as well as gun metal for the time being. This info came from my salesman at Tire Rack.
