Anyone cut down there XRC bumper?

looking for people that have cut the ends off there smitty built XRC bumpers right were the hoop starts for more tire clearance. Post some pictures if you have.

I would think... That if you cut that section out you would loose strength/support in the bumper, unless you have it for looks only than I wouldn't.

nope its not just for looks, If I do decide to cut the ends ill weld 1/4" steel plates to each end. In the end it would be just as strong if not stronger.
