Heres my 20mm ammo can that I turned into a center console. Hands down one of the cheapest and most worthwhile mods I have ever done on my Jeep! I no longer have to worry about not having a locking center console and this thing was built at a fraction of the cost that you can get a Tuffy console for. It would take a would be thief quite some time with some large power tools to break into it.

Hate to bring the bad news, but the handles are held to the lid with easily cut, wire hoops.

If you get some multi hinged hasps, you can make it much more secure.

Not sure if these ones will work, but you could find something similar at the local home center.

This is the spot to mount them:

Both bolted to the wheel well and welded for paddie locks, Works great.
