Are there any other programs (other than photoshop) that allow you to layer images? I don't have any editing software on my home computer but would like to find a free trial or something of the nature that would allow me to stack my photos.

Once layered, will you have to change the opacity slightly, as to see the photos underneath?

Photomatix is typically the program to use in creating HDR images.

Are you the originator of these HDR photos? If so, I really enjoy browsing through your homepage looking at all the them. They make for awesome desktop backgrounds.

Thanks for the shout out. Yes I am the "originator". Most of the photos consist of 7 shots merged with Photomatix.

Very cool that you are on the JeepForum. I do have an additional question. After you merged the photos within Photomatix, do you do any additional post-processing besides adjusting levels / tone mapping within Photomatix?

After merging in Photomatix I usually sharpen a bit in Lightroom.
