Any word from the owner?

You sounded very interested in buying it...curious if it worked out for you!

Wouldn't we all like to have just one...

Sadly, all of these jeeps and trailers that are pictured in the black and white pics found their way to the bottom of the ocean...hence the staging of them when these pics were taken. What a shame...

I have to admit that my heart skipped a beat when I first saw these photos. Thousands of army trucks, jeeps, and parts were dumped on the island of Okinawa, Japan after World War 2. These photos were taken onNovember 11, 1949 by Life Magazine photographer Carl Mydans. Oh what a waste!

No matter how smart you might feel that you are. Remember there once was a time your main goal was learning not to crap in your pants. True evolution is an awakening.
