This set up works great! I am really happy with the way it turned out. I moved from the 5.5 RE Coils down to the 2" coils and it made a night and day difference in the way this thing wheels/climbs!

I will shortly be adding a full set of Metalcloak Overlines.
Nice Jeep! Looks like your coils are unseating. I find my OME 2.5 HDs to unseat at about 4.25" down. I am really debating 3" Currie/Savvy and cutting the upper spring perch and welding it up higher to get the amount of total lift I want while having a spring that can expand further downward. Do you happen to know about where your current 2" springs are unseating with those shocks? Thanks!

I am running the stock upper cups/inserts and I have a 3" lower bump pad on the bottom. This gives me approximately 3-3.5" of up travel in the front. I had to limit it a lot just because of the steering setup that I am running. I do have some rubbing issues in the front when I'm am turned hard right or left and at full stuff... solution: Metalcloak Overlines!!

The rear is not as critical... I only have about an inch of bump extension on the rear... So I have approximately 4.5" of up travel in the rear (no rubbing issues).

I don't currently have those measurements but I will work on getting them for you.

I will say, I don't have any problems with my springs even though they do un-seat a little bit...

Here are a few shots of my steering set up for those of you wondering how this worked out with 2" springs (works great). About 3" of extra bumpstop to make it work. So I have about 3" of up travel. And I am running 10" travel TeraFlex shocks which gives me a lot of down travel (I will get a measurement soon).

Is the clearance between tie rod and track bar the limiter on the DS?

I think they are referring to the driveshaft

Normally that means driveshaft, but I think he means driver's side in this context.

No worries... It looks like it would but my bumpstops prevent it from making contact. Actually doesn't even come close. I did a ton of research before I went with this setup due to the fact that I thought my drag link would make contact with my frame but it all work great! I did have to modify the TeraFlex track bar bracket slightly... I basically lopped off the bottom 2" of the bracket so it would not make contact with my tie rod.

I want more pics. I am sold on highlines purely based on function but fear they will look odd with 35s if I do not go lower. I have seen 2 or 3 rigs on this thread but would love to see some more. Also, more MTR-Ks. I wanted PBRs forever but bang for the buck the Goodyears are just tough to beat. I was dead set on getting Rokmen fenders this summer but now with them on backorder forced me to think about a plan B. So thought the Genright aluminum would be nice. Look great, aluminum for weight and will never rust, and do not have to weld them myself which may be nice. So, in short, please post up more highline on 35s pics please!
