2" Budget Boost on 33's

My father is upgrading to 33's on his TJ and right now he is running a 1.75" Lift (spacers), he will eventually put a 1.25" body lift on it but we are curious what it is going to look like until then.

Also, would it be a bad a idea to disconnect the sway bar offroad with this little room? Or will it be OK?

Thanks.

To give you an idea - I have a 2" spring lift - no body lift - and 32s. Here's a pic with the sway bar discoed.

You could add to the bump stop length to reduce flex, but that kind of defeats the purpose. I will be adding a BL before I disco off road.

It'll fit but any bump bigger than curb will probably rub your fenders and disconnecting will probably remove them.

Mine before the BL and the spacers measured 2 1/4 inches.

Thanks guys, we are still not sure what we are going to do yet. He wants the 33's, but he can't afford a real lift, looks like we will have to get the BL on quick.

Any more?

Don't sweat the BL, did it by myself one evening after work..2 1/2 hours. The RC was a good price, $120 on their website but they matched their eBay prices of $99.

Ordered it at lunch on Monday, had it by Wednesday, installed it on Thursday.

x2 on the 1.25" BL. The JKS BL+MML will only set you back ~$150 and with your spacer lift will be perfect for 33s. Install is straight forward.

I have the 2" RE BB (which everyone says is slightly smaller than 2") and the 1.25" JKS BL/MML running 33x12.5 KM2s on mine. If you disconnect you will rub slightly on the flare NOT the fender.

Kinda depends on your long term plans if this is the right option for 33s, but my jeep came with the spacer lift, so it was an easy choice for me.
