My club went to Tellico this past weekend. We had a good time. I don't the pictures yet, they are on my girlfriend's camera.

They trails are getting really eaten up. Last summer, School bus, was not really bad except for one spot. Now it has become really eaten up and hard to maintain because of what appears to be water run off being one of the main factors.

We had a good time with minimal breakage. Driveshaft and a couple axle shafts. 9 vehicles total. Also, campsite 7 and 8 are free as of now, but in 2007 will probably be $8 a night. Each section of the site is limited to 5 people and 2 vehicles. We did put 4 vehicles in one section (2 tow rigs and two trail rigs) and the ranger did not say anything to us.

Pictures are Linked here...

Gaurd Rail

Slick Rock (Bottom to top, NO winching)

If you look at the rear Clevis, you can see how steep it was

Those are just the pictures of my jeep. Hopefully get more. Awaiting some one to make me a disk. More can be seen at www.kifourwheelers.com Then click gallery, then trail pictures. Then follow that to 2006 events and then Tellico. Some of the pictures there are from Natural Bridge in KY as well.

The ropes/cables are to keep peoiple from going off the edge. If you look closely you can see part of a gaurd rail. That part of the trail is apply named Gaurdrail. It's a large drop down a steep hill on the other side. the cables go across the bypass. You can still see part of the gaurdrail. Everyone in our group tried the main part and then did the bypass. The bypass is still pretty tough.

Same spot. We did this trail on day one and didn't want to break anything too major so that we could do day two.

Bypass
