who broke the axle? Im taking a guess it was the Unlimited, what size tires are those they look pretty big. also how well do those toyos work?

The Toyos have been working great - balance well and relatively quiet on road, and grip really well in every condition I've had them (rocks, mud, snow, ice, water, etc..).

I can't really comment on the wear, but most of the rocks you see in those pics are really abrasive. Scrubbing and spinning tires on them all day long does leave some marks. I guess that's to be expected of any reasonably grippy tire though.
