Wow, those pictures are just gorgeous. I had a chance to go out CO a couple of years ago for a friends wedding, and though we did not rent a Jeep and go out on the trails, we did take the train to the top of Pikes Peak and the scenery was out of this world. You are fortunate to be able to live there!

Thanks for the pics! I'm always eager to look at pics of home. I'm headed out there next month.

We were told he's a Lab, German Shepard, Boxer mix. He has a great temperment but barks like crazy when anybody comes to the door. We got a Lab/Husky mix back in February and she wears him out.

I cannot wait for my next trip out to Colorado, although I may have to rent a Jeep since I am going to part with my XJ. I had a cool picture of my 10-year old daughter walking around on top of Mount Bross at over 14,000' when she just turned 1. I really need to get the kids out there again. Some day I hope to move out closer to the moutains.

oh

This makes me Homesick!

I used to work at Keystone Resort. Right there at the bottom of road that goes to Sts Johns. I would go up there at least twice a week when it opened. I even went a long way up there in my car once. Deer creek, Webster pass, radical hill. Love that area! Anyone been there lately? I also love wheeler lake, other side of Breckenridge.

Just got back from wheeling this weekend. We did half of the Middle Fork of Swan River. We didn't make it all away around because someone had tumbled down the hill just east of Swandyke and we turned around to get help. I won't go into details here but it was pretty horrible.

That article does not do justice to the scene I came upon. My prayers are with their families.

It was only a year ago that there was another rollover near there. That accident was well documented, though. Sorry you had to see it.
