Naches Trail Camping/Wheelin Aug 12-14

5 NW JKers went over to Naches, WA this past weekend. Had a great time, did some damage and camped well.
Truck tent and military trailer worked better than expected.

Some more

Some damage

Got wedged between two trees. Ripped Currie track bar mount apart, around hydro-assist mount tabs, steering out of it. It was 9:30 pm at 5700’. Had to be welded back together to night wheel back out of the trail system, for another 3 hours. The Hobart Trek 180 is an awesome portable welder, and lifesaver.

Man, that looks like fun. What kind of tent is that. My wife and I would love to have something like that!

It is a Sportz III Truck Tent. Excellent quality. This one is for a shortbed compact truck (seller used it on a Dodge Dakota ext cab). It fits the trailer, at 4x6.

The welder is a Hobart Trek 180 that my wheelin BESTEST!! buddy carries. It is an awesome portable welder. I have already started saving for one.
