Thanks for the tip . I'm always looking for new places around here, as everything is either illegal or shut down. I live in North Tampa though, so out to lakeland can be a hike depending on traffic.

I know a couple spots on this side of the bay, and near Brooksville. Haven't been to Lakeland yet though.

Is that entry charge $15 per person or per vehicle?

Per person kinda sucks. The good thing though, is that it's usually cheaper. It's just that this event was held by Trucks Gone Wild, so they were charging top-dollar.

Lakeland mud bogs is open every Saturday night and Sunday (IIRC) and it's only like $10 I think..

ANyone know of a place like this closer to Miami? Or some good Miami-ish trails? (closer than bear island)
