Great TR and Video Mike! I especially like the video from the whole trip! You had some great angles in there and having everything put together was sweet. Also I like the song choices! Cool pics from Colorado as well. All the snow in them makes me want to bust out the skis and go BC skiing! I have to get up there and run some of those passes someday. Again thanks for meeting up and running Cliff Hanger. That was a fun day You and Carlie took some great pics. Someday I will get around to doing my TR. Great TR from a sweet trip!

Did you just happen to have all those spare parts with you, or did you go somewhere to get it while you were out there? That's random you had a tranny mount go and happen to have one on you. But still looks like an amazing trip

Thanks again for meeting up Dax, it was a great day for sure!

As for the spare parts, we had packed a drive shaft, ujoints, axle shafts, spider gears, and steering parts, plus all fluids. With the busted tranny mount the Jeep was still completely driveable so we drove up to an autoparts store in Moab, we didn't pack a spare one of those.

Here's some more action shots that I captured from the video we took.

These two were heading down to get to the bottom of Hell's Gate on Hells' Revenge

Here's an unnamed ledge towards the end of the Golden Spike Trail. The camera was aimed a little lower because I thought the first ledge was going to be the hard part, but we ended pulling quite the wheelstand getting over it!
12goldenspike.jpg

These three pictures were taken on the first ledge of the Gold Bar Rim trail and it gave us more trouble than any other ledge out there. It ended up taking four tries to finally make it up.

And one final picture overlooking Moab from the overlook on Golden Spike. Happy Trails!!!
