oh well one of his aftermarket skids was hiting the U-joint coupling when even a small flex was done. so we took it off (it got to the point that he couldn't move )

not sure if you are still around but how far down into mexico was this? did you ever feel unsafe not being in a touristy area?

you got a map of this area? we're there a few times a year and only knew of the dunes but not of any trails.
