All in all, it was a good day. I didn't hurt the Jeep or myself. All those in our group were safe and had a good time. And, it was nice to see the Badlands all greened out, we even saw some deer throughout the day.

I'm ready to go back as well. It seemed to be a bit of an abbreviated day on the trails. Everybody pretty seemed to have other things on their minds or schedules. Didn't get much time to catch up.

I'm waiting to hear the final damage/casualty results. Several people reported failures, like radiator fans, engine, etc.

Yea, what was up with that? I left @ 2 or something, just seemed like a very off day for some reason, and it was so nice out. I even got a little tan on my pasty white skin.......

And I had no damage.

Jay and I left earlier than we had planned due to his exhaust...it kept coming off the hangers and banging against the rear drive shaft. The slightest flex popped it off the hangers, it was getting banged up pretty good. It stayed on all the way home though.

We had planned on staying until closing, but things don't always go as planned.....maybe next time we'll get a full day out of it.

Man, Orange trail sure looked like a nasty swamp.
The last couple times I've been there it wasn't nearly that bad.

I fried out the radiator fan out there. Real smart design for a semi amphibious vehicle to not have a waterproof fan motor. Took about 4 hours to make the 2 hour drive home. However on a good note, the part was still under warrantee.
