I'm only 1.5 hours away from Telluride. I just got my Jeep last fall so I haven't gotten to do these yet, but its on my list for late this summer!

For the 6th summer in a row I made it out to tackle the San Juans! Made it over Black Bear Pass, Imogene Pass and Engineer Pass. The GoPro camera's a game changer! Sorry the video is more rock climbing than jeeping but all the scenery's there

Heres a cabin we stayed in couple years ago about 5 miles from Silverton on the way to Ouray. It about 1/2 mile from the turn off for Black bear pass. I wish I could go every year. Maybe one day ...........

Made it out to the San Juan's for the 7th year in a row! Got to offroad over Engineer Pass and Ophir Pass on the Friday before Memorial Day, just a couple days after they opened. I did not see A SINGLE PERSON on either pass. Not a single Jeep, ATV or living soul period! And got to catch the sunset from the view point by Engineer Pass. Unbelievable! And by this time next year I hope to be living much closer to the area!

Awesome trip. I'm sure it made for some great memories. For some reason I think the 3rd pic in the post (the 3 jeeps looking at the mountain) is great.

Thanks for sharing
