will 455 bolt up in place of 350????

455 buick of course.. sure motor mounts are different and exhaust be a pain but it bolts to BOP th400 thats currently behind my buick 350 right????

It isn't a BOP transmission, it is a transmission with a nailhead pattern and an adapter on it.

Yes, it should bolt up and I think the motor mounts are the same too.
