what do you guys think?
I just bought a 72 j4000 and its amazing. only problem i guess you could say is that it has a rebuilt 258 in it. i have the original 360 but i dont know if i want to go through the trouble of swapping out the motors and not get much gain from it. what would you guys do?

The 258 is a workhorse, if it runs well, I'd keep it.

Keep the 258 in it and use the time to build the 360 into an evil torque monster to replace the 258 when it goes. That way you have time to do it right and save up for parts as needed. Then when the 258 goes you have a 360 ready to drop in and continue to enjoy the Jeep.
