Thinking of Buying 85' J10 Pickup

I have found a 1985 J10 pickup in mint condition. It has 102,000 miles on the origional engine, but has been maintained fabousley. The owner is a mechanic who has severl toys, and has decided that he doesnt have time to enjoy his truck any more. It has a flawless paint job, brand new matching bedliner, nice new tiers, roll bar, KC lights, automatice trans, AC and Leather with one small tear. Now hear is the part where i need help. How much would you concider buying this truck for????
