Tailgate Window Switch

Does anyone know where to buy the Tailgate window switch? Looks like it was discontinued. Montana Overland is not returnign my calls and local junkyards are barren.

BTW this is the dash mounted switch not the switch mounted on the tailgate.

Team Wagoneer only has the defroster.

CSP - It has a 5 pin harness on the back and looks like this one shown at http://www.bjsoffroad.com/prod-456.htm
